Direct Debit date change - First Utility
Can they change a DD date without telling me?
It was always taken on the 12th looked on-line yesterday and it stated my DD will me collected 25th?
All slightly irrelevant mind as they have not asked for it since Nov 13 and the last bill I had was Sept 13. I have kept the money to one side when they decide they want some money. I will not be wasting my time and phone bill to tell them I owe them money. (I have emailed a number if times mind asking what's happening with no response)
thanks

Funnily enough when I was with them they told me they couldn't change the DD date at all.
They should inform you of any change to date or amount.Make £2018 in 2018 Challenge - Total to date £2,1080
