Following ANOTHER mail to iSupply via their online system, I have been advised that my refund will hit my account within the next 3 to 5 days.
Will update when it's actually received . . . . together with how long the entire process actually took.

    Refund now in bank :j
Ten weeks - not counting my "original" request and the "stock" answer of "we'll reduce your payments (but not by enough:cool:) ".
    Ten weeks from complaint.
Originally asked for refund on annual statement - mid-January! :(
That's how long it's taken me to receive my refund, just so you know. :o

@ Sirmaggie - it was (briefly) considered BUT is not worth the variety of difficulties this causes.
  • Well I've been waiting for 8 weeks now for my refund of over £300, utterly shameful that this company is still trotting out the same lame excuses as they were when this thread started almost a year ago:

    "Dear Mr xxxx
I sincerely apologise for the delay and I assure you we have not been intentionally delaying your refund. You are not alone in this issue and this has been escalated within iSupplyEnergy. Our finance team have advised that there have been some difficulties with the system which we use to make our payments. However we are trying to sort these issues as quickly as we can and all I can do right now is assure you that your refund will be processed as soon as we possibly can."

Yes, they've been trotting this out for some time now and it's clearly a lie, the modern version of the cheque is in the post.
