Can you give me any advise please. I have recently received a letter from the Tax Credit Office informing me that I had an overpayment and I owe them some money, the thing is this overpayment is over 9 years old. This is the very first time that I have heard of the overpayment and the first letter I have recieved. Do I have to pay this? Thanks
