Is there a backup program I can install on a USB device that I can use to backup my computer without installing anything on my computer, and is easy to use?

where do you want to back up to and also what do you want to back up are we talking one folder or multiple folders0

You can use XCOPY command to copy only changed files since last copy.Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.0

What do you want to back up? You're unlikely to fit the full content of your HDD onto a USB stick, so.....0

There is a portable app called Toucan which will do what I think you are after. It can be found at https://www.portableapps.com
I've never used it but it claims to be able to synchronize, backup and secure your data. Might be worth a look as there seem to be few others out there that will run from a pen drive.0
