Barclaycard PPI reclaim help!!

Good morning,
I wonder if there is some kind person out there who can help me? Currently, I'm spending most of my time nervous, and jumping on the post woman as she comes down the road so a bit of clarity would be awesome!
So, we have made the effort and whacked all of our PPI claims in. With Barclays, we had 4 claims but have to admit, we weren't 100% sure. All of the cards were previously something else and taken over and to be honest, we lost track! Anyway, we filled in the forms regardless (as you do!)
So, we have had requests from barclaycard for 3 of the 4 claims asking for bank details as part of the process and the other said that there was no PPI policy. Now my hunch tells me that that has to be a good thing. I mean, why would they send a letter asking for more info if there was nothing there. Surely?
Anyone any advice or understand the process better than I do? It's sending me stir crazy!!! ;-) xxx

I don't understand why you are being so jumpy and nervous.
Even if all of the complaints are rejected, you will be no worse off financially as you are now.
Look on it as a bonus if it happens.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
It would be an incredible bonus, but I hate thinking that I might be disappointed.
Like most people, we are struggling (I'm a full time carer for our disabled child) and ANY refund could literally change our life. I've talked myself into accepting that it will be upheld and I'm just really looking to understand the process more clearly; just so I can think 'ah, this is common practice: claim or not' or 'this only happens if they need to pay a refund somewhere'!
Sorry, I'm new to this board but thought it to be the only place that people may have experience.

Sounds like Barclaycard might have found an insurance indicator on 3 accounts but need bank details to delve deeper and hopefully confirm the prescence of ppi. Their systems go back to at least 2001.
Do you not have any of the original paperwork, or credit card statements which shows the monthly ppi charges?
We need more specific info from you, as any advice is just an educated guess but I know what you mean about waiting for the post, it is very frustrating0
