A quick one for you but I recently recieved a PPI claim form for a loan I had several years ago from Lloyds TSB (as it was back then). I have move a few times since I had anything with that bank which initialy made me suspicious of it anyway as they will have had to search for me. Anyway, the form seems relatively straight forward unil the end where upon it asks for my bank details which I am unsure of seing as how my suspision has already been raised. I have searched other threads about the addresses and phone numbers supplied on the accompanying letter and they seem to hold true to what people have confirmed previousley but my question is has anyone ever claimed successfully on a random claim form sent to them and is it right that on such a form that bank details are requested?
Thanks in advance

If its a CCL that has been sent to you then these are very common. As long as it is going back to Lloyds and not some unknown address then you will be fine. If you have doubts about the address, then return it to the Lloyds address for PPI complaints on their website.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
