Hey all just looking for a bit of advice to save a phone call lol!
My son has been getting dla for 4yrs and recently got refused a renewal (we are appealing) Anyway the claim ran out on the 8th of this month and we were due next payment tomorrow, will he get the 3 weeks 4 days payment or is that not how it works?
Any advice is appreciated xx

It is paid in arrears, so you should get 25 days paid to you.
There will be nothing on appeal, then a backdated sum after this if necessary for PIP.
