... This obviously assumes that ParkingEye did submit the usual 2 page document on agency from Jonathan Kirk QC.
    Apparently, they did.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

So, effectively, the ammo so achingly produced by the hired gun Captain Kirk has been used to shoot out both of the planks that PE had available to them. Interesting.

Can't imagine he'd be too impressed with that performance given that his chambers colleague is due up on his hind legs next. I wonder how much care and attention he's booked to the file or whether it will be the more traditional flying brief read on the way up from Liverpool Street?

I'd love to read LPC's attendance note and see how they explain away having snatched disaster from the jaws of victory. Again.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

If ParkingEye are changing tactics and this is not just a one off boo boo then it woul be interesting to file captain kirks document as part of the defence. Perhaps CK can produce a four page document explaining why he was wrong in the first place.

Is that the same as saying that they are the creditor on their NtKs when they are not ?
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

From what is written here, you either have a solicitor misleading the court, or you have a witness statement which is knowingly misleading. Contempt of court or perjury comes to mind.

After a case, is it possible for the defendent to make a complaint to court where it is clear there has been an attempt to pervert the course of justice?

True, but he is an officer of the court.

Is this worth yet another SRA complaint about a certain legal beagle in Chorley Towers?

At the moment everything seems to be based on hearsay (unless anyone actually has the court report yet). As such it might be a premature at this stage to go to the SRA with out concrete evidence.
