I have stainless steel and Le Creuset. Love those Le Creuset - would have more if I could justify the expense. I have the ones like the half price ones on Amazon that can go in the oven. Easy to clean, gorgeous to look at and likely to last a lifetime. Some people don't like them because they're heavy but I'm a real wimp and I can move them around with whimpering so they can't be that bad.0
