High fence

I'm looking for ideas of high fencing for my rear garden it's kind of temporary until my conifers grow and do their job,well probably a few years actually!
At the moment it's a new build house we a 6ft fence around the garden boundary and is the last plot on the estate so it won't bother anyone, there are a few houses abroad 300yds from my fence so it isn't blocking anyone's view etc,
So I'm looking for something I can add to the top of the fence and be about another 2ft ontop of this
Any ideas guys?

It would be a good idea to keep it legal.

You can add trellis without the need for planning. xx
