    How did you pay it?
Do you know what to look out for when it arrives?
It will be a letter with one of these on it

I don't think they collect customs duty under a certain amount?

If postie messed up, presumably it should say either payment due of £9.19 or £8.19. I don't think they bother with customs due of that small amount - ie £1.19 or 19p....

I wonder if you might have missed it GeeBee - they're not always obvious - I've had one before that didn't have the yellow sticker, only writing on the front...

Yeah, anything under £36 is exempt of duty and VAT, if I've read this HMRC FAQ right

Thanks all, I attached 2 1st class stamps to the card to pay for the £1.19

When I rang the Royal Mail on Monday, she said this was fine to cover the underpayment, I have had nothing through the post addressed to me apart from a razor today from supersavvyme, which was nice, the stamp looked normal, with no added writing, so I doubt it's that..

    So I'm still waiting

    Thanks again :)

Right, i am mad now

Just rang the royal mail again, they said they think it may have been misplaced, i was looking forward to something nice

I enter 1000's of comps and have for over 4 years now, and have only ever won around 6 small things in all that time, i am just so unlucky :(
