offers for flay

HI,

Our 2bed flat went on the market Friday. We had a viewing on Sunday and a viewing today. The flat was fully upgraded two years ago

The home report valuation is 65,500. Both very have made an offer of 68,000. This is an initial offer and our estate agent has said she will speak further with both potential buyers.

We are live in Lanarkshire, Scotland.

I doubt we will get higher offers but would hate to jump the gun with the first offers we get and miss out.

Any thoughts

Just wanted to point out the typo in the heading - you might want to 'go advanced' and edit as I'm sure a lot of people won't even open it. Also add 'Scotland' to heading as it's different rules so you want someone who knows about Scottish law/property to see the post.

    >>>>>> a good result to get multiple offers above HR valuation. What is the EA speaking to them about?

Set a closing date around a week from now, get your agent to publicise it, and let the two viewers put formal offers in as normal.

What do they mean by 'initial' offers - weren't notes of interest put in? I would've thought it would automaticaly now go to a closing date.

It goes to a closing date when the agent and seller decide that, and make it known to interested parties and the public.

Initial offers could mean verbal discussion of what viewers might offer.
