Eon - can't seem to get Tesco Clubcard points anymore?

We moved house a few weeks ago. At our old house, we were within Eon for 3.5 years (August 2010 until recently). When I signed up with them, I gave them my Clubcard number and got Clubcard points on all of my bills.
At our new house, Eon supply the electricity. They've opened me up a new account and I manage it online. I can't find anywhere to enter my Clubcard number to earn Clubcard points on my bill. I found a page about Eon Rewards:
https://www.eonenergy.com/for-your-home/products-and-services/EON-rewards/tesco-clubcard
I put in my Clubcard number in the Rewards bit of the online account management tool, but I've just had my first electricity bill and it doesn't mention any points that I've earned.
Have Eon changed the Clubcard system so you don't earn points on your bill anymore?
If so, it's rubbish that they wouldn't keep my old account open and just change the address. By opening a new account for me, I seem to have lost the ability to earn Clubcard points on every bill.
Confused.
Before anyone asks, yes I will look into switching at some point. Got a question about that which I'll post separately.

Hiya pinkteapot,
Although our current Tesco Clubcard scheme ended on 18 January 14, we are continuing to give points but in a different way.
On the new scheme, you can receive a maximum of 1500 points per year provided you take electricity from us and are on an eligible tariff.
Unlike the old scheme, these points will be awarded regardless of how much is paid.
The new scheme is optional, though. you will need to opt in to receive the points. You can do this online or by calling in.
Once opted in, points will be added to accounts each month.
Hope this helps.

Thanks! I did put my Clubcard number into the Rewards section online a couple of weeks ago, but it's not mentioned on my latest bill.
Are Clubcard points still shown on bills, or does this mean that my registration didn't work?0 -

I think the best thing to do first, is log on to your online account as normal, then click on the rewards hub, this will show if you've opted in or not.
I think it's to soon as the bill is only 2 weeks after setting it up.
But I'm here to help and happy to look at the account if you get stuck
