Help - Bubble Dock malware

Malwarebyte Scan revealed my pc heavily infected with Bubble Dock PUP's and 1 other malware (forgotten name). When requested to delete these items, Malwarebytes could not do it.
I uninstalled and reinstalled, made sure all up to date, but exactly the same result. It finds the problems but cannot eliminate them.
I restored my PC to earlier date and this seems to have removed the icons for these malwares from the lower toolbar, but when I re-scanned with Malwarebytes, Glary Utilities Pro & Windows Security Essentials, they are still showing on the Malwarebytes scan. Does anyone know of a solution please.

Thanks for your good intenttions. I had already Googled this item and tried the various remedies. The problem is that Adware Removal found the PUP's just as Malwarebytes did. But both of them froze when asked to remove the items. I tried again with AntiVirus and Firewall turned off, but again they stopped. With the Junkware Removal prog. I was advised that this was a threat, so did not continue. Any more ideas ?"0844 COSTS YOU MORE"0 -
