You'll be fine to get this submitted.
If you are going to submit on-line - the text box has a limit of about 5000 chars but I think you can attach files.
If submitting by post - you will need to fill in the form that the parking company should have supplied to you and attach it to the hard copy of your appeal, make sure pages are numbered, stapled together with the form and have the verification code on each page
and of course get a cert. of posting.0 -
ok thanks
I suppose I could do both.
well let's see how it goes then. thanks for you help0 -
Hello I am about to submit online
which boxes do I tick
I was not improperly parked.
The parking charge (ticket) exceeded the appropriate amount.
The vehicle was stolen.
I am not liable for the parking charge.
Second for sure but what abut the last box?0 -
Any (or all 3) other than the 'Stolen' one. This advice has been given many times and it has never caused a problem. If you only want to select one then go with 'I am not liable......'Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hello All
Just writing to share with you the goods news. I won my POPLA appeal. see below
A great thanks to you all and good luck to those who are appealing
The Operator issued parking charge notice number XXXXXX/XXXXXX
arising out of a presence on private land, of a vehicle with registration
mark XXXXXX.
The Appellant appealed against liability for the parking charge.
The Assessor has considered the evidence of both parties and has
determined that the appeal be allowed.
The Assessor’s reasons are as set out.
The Operator should now cancel the parking charge notice forthwith.
Parking on Private Land Appeals is administered by the Transport and Environment Committee of London Councils
Calls to Parking on Private Land Appeals may be recorded
Reasons for the Assessor’s Determination
It is the Appellant’s case that the parking charge notice was issued
incorrectly.
The Operator has not produced a copy of the parking charge notice, nor any
evidence to show a breach of the conditions of parking occurred, nor any
evidence that shows what the conditions of parking, in fact, were.
Accordingly I have no option but to allow the appeal.0 -
Congratulations on your win and maintaining the 100% forum record
