ESA and wrag Question

Hi,Im on income based esa,I was allowed a decision on my esa health assessment at a tribunal which took place in January of this year.
In march of this year i also had a letter to attend a wrag interview at the local job centre, the interview went well.
I was passed on to a local wrag group who now would sort my interests,no longer have the advisor,i was told also that i would have to be reviewed again for health assessment ? in six months, which was told june ? is this right ? confusedme.com

If they mean an ESA review, then the latest info seems to be that the DWP/ATOS capability for work assessments, for current claimants, have been suspended for up to two years. (There are a couple of threads that explain more on here and on Disability and Dosh board)

If they mean some other sort of health assessment by the JCP and/or Work Programme organisation, then you would need to check with them.

Exactly when work program (which it seems likely you have been passed onto) will contact you is debatable.
I had two calls in the course of my two year work program, totalling perhaps 3 minutes.

Did the tribunal specify that you should not be reviewed for a certain period of time?
As noted above - routine reassessments seem to have stopped for the time being.

The advisor at the job centre told me what work program would be contacting me (two in the area),also was told as stated by the advisor that i would be reviewed for health again,in six months june ? i asked if it was at atos again, which is 30 miles away, she said yes..mm im not sure, they might contact you through paper reply, yes even more confusing,
the appeal tribunal letter states on the bottom,
'the tribunal makes no recommendation as to when the department should reassess mr.....

If your 'prognosis' date is in fact in 6 months, then you would normally be scheduled for a 'work capability assessment' at that time.
This can be either on paper, based only on the form, or they can require you to turn up for an in-person medical.
At the moment, routine medicals are on hold - so if this continues for 6 months - you may not be reassessed at that time.

The idea is to 'prepare you for work' so they can send you on courses etc., but they cannot force you to actually get a job, while on ESA WRAG.

I believe they can require you to do voluntary work, but anything they want you to do has to take your illness/disability into account.

The first interview should be about understanding what you can do.

Ok,thank you for reply,so you can work I.e voluntary, but can not be forced into a job,I don't mind the aspect of voluntary work, but if I was well enough I would be in my last job of 14 years,
