Need HPI check for car - help needed

Is there anybody on forum who possibly works for garage and can run HPI check for me pretty please?
I'm looking to buy Kia car from private seller and would like to run check.
The latest MOT on car has advisory note: "Passenger airbag switch to off."
No idea what that could mean, so would like to know if car has been in accident..

Now the car in on personalized number plates : N1 GLF
but the original plates are WG10 KGJ which will be put back on when /if I buy it.
What plates should be run through HPI check?

Why not just use one of the hundreds of online companies offering HPI checks?

You'd check its current plates. Unless they are paying to keep the old plates then itll just be assigned a new plate when they take the old one off and wont automatically go back to what it previously was - our old car didn;t

Have now purchased the HPI check on their website,
they are asking for "V5 registration document issue date".
Where on V5 can I find it please?

Its roughly the same place on the 2010+ versions of the doc too
