I'm not sure what to do.
As it's an online currency I'm sure that there's plenty of dodgy sites out there.
Can anyone suggest some sites and give me a step by step guide.
Thanks in advance.

Where/how did you buy them?0

I can't give an answer of where to sell them but I can say where NOT to sell.
There have been cases of selling them on Ebay where the seller has lost all their money as they took payment by Paypal, buyer said not received and Paypal refunded the buyer leaving seller out of pocket.Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.0 -
I had a flutter with these and both bought and sold via LocalBitcoins. As far as I'm aware, it keeps them in escrow until you click a button to say you've received the money. I used bank to bank transfer strictly but there are a few methods available. Just pick somebody with lots of 100% feedback I guess? Disclaimer - I used it ages ago so not sure what it's like now!I can't give an answer of where to sell them but I can say where NOT to sell.

I'll second this - I was stung in this way, some dodgy geezer used a stolen eBay account and a stolen PayPal account. I had no comeback. The problem was that you can't deselect PayPal as a payment method so it doesn't matter whether you specify B2B as the only method you accept - people can just checkout and pay. At least I only lost 0.1BTC and not something much greater!0 -
You can sell them at Bitstamp which is the most popular and reputable exchange but you have to deposit them in your Bitstamp account to start with, so depends where they're currently stored. They use SEPA so quick transfers too

Alternatively, if you can't be fussed, I'll buy them but at a lower price :P[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."

If you're wanting to liquidate and move away from Bitcoin then Localbitcoins is definitely the place to use, they have a guide explaining all about how to sell with them: https://localbitcoins.com/guides/how-to-sell-bitcoins-online
If you're looking to trade (sell today for x, buy tomorrow for y) then Bitstamp is a very good choice, they do require extra work to get set up with -- you'll have to verify your identity by providing a scan of photo id and a utility bill -- but they're a fantastic exchange and have reasonable fees. You can transfer money in/out of Bitstamp within a couple of days because they're in Europe.0 -

After logging in, click on "wallet" in the top left corner.
That will show you an address. Go to the blockchain wallet and enter this address on the "send bitcoins" page and press send.
Your bitcoins will appear in your localbitcoins wallet and then you can put them up for sale (either online or in-person for cash)0 -
