When renting providing proof of state & occupational pensions?

Pretty much as my heading. We are trying to get the paperwork together in advance & just wondering what proof letting agents will require for our pensions. The two of us each have state pensions & an occupational pension?

Thank you if you are able to help with this.

Either show copies (say 3-months) of bank statements or the letters from the pension service (state) or P60/letter (occupational) stating pension paid/to-be-paid. I get such letters/P60s each year from the state & for my other pensions.

Can't be the 1st time an agent has been faced with this common requirement - mind you as English letting agents require no training, no qualifications, no nuffink one should not expect much, if anything, for their outstanding fees & charges...

    Cheers!

thanks for your fast reply & help.

We've both been on all the pensions for a few years & have all the P60's, most payslips & notification of the new amounts to be paid each year so sounds fine.

I was just a bit worried the LA's may ask Occupational Pension providers for proof in which case I would be worried how fast they would respond to such requests.
