Should I give negative feedback, or would that just be spiteful?

Right, I've just tried to pay and it keeps going to 'this page is no longer available'. I can only assume this is as a result of whatever the eBay assistant did, she did tell me not to pay. She also confirmed that if the seller tried to open an NPB case I could refer to the chat transcripts and eBay would remove it. (on the second chat I specifically asked what to do if he did try to open a case).
It does take me to the feedback page with no problem so I can leave something. I'm thinking of a neg saying 'Seller abusive and would not complete transaction' or do you think I should refer specifically to the time element? You only get 80 characters, don't you?
Oddly enough the feedback page says payment date 9 March so that must have been when he changed it? Obviously changing to unpaid doesn't affect that page!I want my sun-drenched, wind-swept Ingrid Bergman kiss, Not in the next life, I want it in this, I want it in this

This sounds really dodgy - like the seller is trying to sell someone's stuff without them knowing! But yes definitely leave a negative. I think what you've suggested sounds good.0

Totally unacceptable for the seller to demand this. I have recently sold a stereo system which was for "collection in person" I am still waiting for them to collect it as they want me to package it up and they will send a courier. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now and I've still got the stereo system taking room up in my hall. I have tried to be reasonable and not made any demands on the buyer. The latest message was that he needs to be given more time!
Don't let them send a courier. You are not covered if it gets lost or damaged. They deem him their worst enemy who tells them the truth. -- Plato0
