I have OAP's on both sides. Whilst one side are nice and friendly the otherside are miserable and do nothing but moan and complain about everything. They purchased the house from new and don't like the fact that people move in and out of the other houses!

OAP's can be very nosey too!

    In short - controlled.

I live in a flat (I own the block)....so the 'neighbours' tend to be quiet and very respectful (to me at least!)....but I do get lots of little notes shoved under the door about who's parking in who's place....strangely, no one ever complains when my van blocks ALL the parking spaces!

I have lovely neighbours, both old ladies and both deaf so we don't have to worry about making noise :D

They don't miss a trick though, proper curtain twitchers they are :D it's like having my very own neighbourhood watch
Just run, run and keep on running!
