Conservatory wall on my side

My neighbour has got a very big conservatory and large cracks have appeared on my side of the wall. I am going to have my house repainted in the summer and at the same time have all the cracks on the wall repair. I am just wondering whether I need to get permission from my neighbour to repair that wall as it belongs to her. Thanks

Yes, you should.0

Shouldnt the OP refer owner of wall to issue and get them to pay for repair whilst allowing access?Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

By right, she should do it but I do not think she will as it is not on her side. Since I am having the wall done if it is not too costly I will get it done with her permission.0

If you do the work, or pay to have the work done, you could be creating a future liability for yourself.
If problems develop with the wall or conservatory in the future you could find yourself being blamed and held liable.
I suggest you get advice on this before proceeding.0
