twelve months ago, you had to pay over £350 because you had arreas after managing to get a nil assessment despite working.

Ok so you have no contact with that child who you clearly consider an accident. Why you keep coming to gloat about a situation that is nothing but sad and pathetic, I don't know.

All your actions and your posts on here gloating prove is that you are a waster and someone who obviously doesn't love and care about their children...i'm also always disgusted with these wasters new partners who actually stay with the pond life such as the OP..

I really hope your new found wealth comes to end very soon and you suffer the consequences of being a lowlife sperm donor.

Before people judge, do people know the full story? Will his wife/was she letting him see them?

Believe me, not all women deserve money from the CSA and see it as their meal ticket I'm afraid.

I've brought my daughter up. Now the courts want mum to play An active role, despite me having to do everything (I'd do it all again, loved every minute) and what's the first thing she suggests? CSA.

    Now there's a catch!

It's the children that deserve the money..!

12 months ago I was having 40% of my wage taken via a DEO, despite the fact this did not leave enough money to pay my rent or feed my children the CSA were not interested so I had no option but to quit my job.

Fast forward 12 months and I am now self employed earning 3 times as much as I did when I was employed and the CSA/pwc get nothing and never will.

    RESULT!!!

Just browsing, first time I've looked at this board and this is the first thread to come up so maybe I'm missing something . . .

Didn't the CSA take payments for child support?
    Presumably you have a child/children?
Don't you feel any responsibility to any child/children you have fathered?
Failing that, don't you have an obligation towards any child/children you have fathered?
Why, then, are you proud rather than ashamed of yourself?

I don't care what you think of the mother of your child/children and wouldn't expect you to give money for her, but your child/children have a right to support from their "father" . Hopefully you've had a [STRIKE]castration[/STRIKE] vasectomy since having them .
    . . .I did not speak out

    Then they came for me
And there was no one left
    To speak out for me..

The poster Tonto7 looked after his daughter whilst his ex couldn't (several years) she kept the CB and he didn't get CSA from her. Now the court have said she can have access again and she has the child 20 days to his 15 (although his parents have the daughter several of her 20 days anyway) I think this year to date he's had the child 58 days to her 9 but she's stated she will give more care going forward and become the PWC. He also pays all the child's nursery fee's and has a mountain of debt from the ex but she's now after CSA and it's going on a percentage of his wage, hence he is seeing things from a slightly different point of view to the norm.
However his empathy is clearly wasted on this NRP having read some of his back posts.

OMG dannyneil to actually say what you have and feel you have beaten the CSA. I hope your ex does trace your income and screw you for everything she needs and the kids deserve. Whether or not you are seeing the children makes no difference they still need financial support. I just hope there are no other 'dannyneil' male offspring that can go on to populate the universe and feel as proud as you.

CSA may not have gotten it wrong before but can you really say you have gotten it right, no, I don't think so. Shame on you.
