CSA beaten....get in!!!

12 months ago I was having 40% of my wage taken via a DEO, despite the fact this did not leave enough money to pay my rent or feed my children the CSA were not interested so I had no option but to quit my job.

Fast forward 12 months and I am now self employed earning 3 times as much as I did when I was employed and the CSA/pwc get nothing and never will.

RESULT!!!

Yeah thats a great result for your poor kids who are getting no financial support from their father whatsoever :T

Fair enought you were struggling to pay 40% of your wages out that's understandable, but if you're earning 3 times as much now you can definitely afford to pay something towards them.

Luckily at least one of your children doesn't have to grow up with you as a dad for a role model :rotfl:

All the Parents Without Cash will be on giving me grief, however if they spent as much time looking for a job instead of moaning on here they would be able to provided for their children themselves.

Sigh. No wonder this country is in trouble.

    As*hole!

Wow,I'd hate to think what you and your mates are like if you think that is great.

It takes two to make a baby.I suggest you remember that.

I also look forward hearing your complaints when the csa start chasing you.In fact,if you give me your exes details I'll help her catch you

And you can look your child in the face and say it to them ?

Maybe you don't have to now ....but kids grow up -and may bother to look for you and see what kind of a man treated their own flesh and blood that way. No decent women would want someone who can treat a child that way -they know if you treat one child so badly odds are you'll do it again. Guess that leaves you lonely or with a woman who isn't picky. Enjoy your money-I hope it keeps you warm.

Before people judge, do people know the full story? Will his wife/was she letting him see them?

Believe me, not all women deserve money from the CSA and see it as their meal ticket I'm afraid.

I've brought my daughter up. Now the courts want mum to play An active role, despite me having to do everything (I'd do it all again, loved every minute) and what's the first thing she suggests? CSA.

    Now there's a catch!

Why not tell the full story if there is one to tell.

Perhaps dannyneil has not provided the full story. For all that the readers of this thread know, he may have a shared residence of his children and already be feeding and clothing them. Perhaps the privilege of taking his children out for a meal or to the cinema was denied him when the CSA saw fit to remove 40% of his salary. Most dads are willing to support their children, but resentment of the jack-booted approach by the CSA is well documented.
