Various fertilisers, onions sets loose broad bean, runner etc, etc. The people who voluntter to run the store will also have a wealth of knowledge.
That is really good advice. When I lived in London membership of my local HS was worth its weight in gold (or manure, take your pick!).
It's about the one thing I miss now that I've escaped.0
