No, the government should not help people get a deposit.
People do not have a right to own their house; renting is perfectly acceptable.
No, renting is not perfectly acceptable. At least is not in London, high rents and low quality accommodation and renting in many cases is not secure, landlord can reclaim the property back at any time .
