E-bay photo problem!!

I listed an item earlier this evening and decided to push the boat out and spend an extra 15p on a gallery photo. Browsing through the listings I don't have a gallery picture for the item, just a box saying 'click here to see picture'!
I decided to go back to the listing via 'revise item' and it clearly shows the gallery picture as being selected. Have I done something wrong?
