Eon - messed up tariff switch

Eon drive me mad sometimes. How can something so simple go so wrong?
Discounted tariff ended in Jan got told I was going in their standard plan. Fine no problem. Knew I was going to change anyway. Due to bereavement in family I forgot and didn't change until Feb 15 online. Still no problem. Got my documents through a week later. Told I'm on duel fuel fixed tariff 1 year contract fine great. Get asked for meter readings online as bill is due put them in a bill was produced but it's wrong because although my gas shows the new tariff as duel fuel. My elec doesn't it shows standard tariff. I rang up baffled the adviser on hold for a bit. The lady said she's emailing the correct dept to get elec tariff amended and backdated and a new bill produced. I'm still waiting how long should this take?:(

I agree something so simple shouldn’t have been messed up and taken this long to get resolved.
I’m unsure how you changed one fuel without the other, by any chance is your gas and electric on different account numbers?:o
This should have been updated within a week or so, how long have you been waiting?
Don’t worry though we can get this sorted for you, we’ll make sure you’re on the correct tariff, date and the bill will be correct to.;)

Thanks Amy. I have the same account number for gas and electric, I would appreciate you helping out with this. I called on Tuesday or Wednesday last week as I got an email saying my bill was ready. This was when I noticed the incorrect electric tariff.0
