Yes, you can, and I have no axe to grind with any site, because some are good and some are not so.
I know the system, and how it works, so, thankfully, I don't need the guides too much, but a lot of people don't.
But, the step by step guides that you can download on B&W are very good, and the site is acknowledged as one of the best around (downside is the fee, of course). And, the forum itself isn't open very long hours.
I certainly have no problem with YA, and was one of the members when it first began, in about 2001 (?) but they have sold the site, due to a variety of reasons, including the place being trashed by trolls, and it is very different now, and as with all sites, where there are no qualified mods/advisers, some of the info is wrong, and it can be hard to see what is what.
As with on here, people post personal experiences, some of which might apply to others, but some of it won't.
My view is that nowadays, more than ever, people that are not too experienced need as much quality advice, as possible, to help them get their entitlements, and some sites are better than others at doing this.
However, we all have to make our own choices anyway.
