PPI Reclaim with Canada Square Operations

In April last year, I was living at a different address and sent a letter to Canada Square Operations requesting copies of my loan agreements that I’d had with Egg in 2002 and 2003. I had taken out 3 loans at that time, each one to settle the previous one and other accrued debt until the final one which I eventually paid off in 2005 when I bought my first home. After sending the request, about 8 weeks later I got a form through the post to fill out to help them trace the closed accounts and was asked to pay £10 for the privilege of providing the copies. I didn’t mind that too much as I appreciated the accounts were up to 10 years old and therefore likely buried in paper filing somewhere.
I then sent them details of my new address and requested that the loan agreement copies be sent there as I was moving home. I got nothing, either at my new address or at my old one, so I wrote to them and complained. I again got no reply so in October last year I wrote to the FOS and complained. In February this year, the FOS found in my favour and CSO sent me the loan agreements to my new home and each one of the agreements showed that I had in fact paid PPI totalling about £3500 for the three loans and I therefore filled out the PPI questionnaire for each loan from the FOS website and sent it to CSO as recorded delivery.
I know they received these as a result. Two days ago I got a letter from them asking me to fill out PPI questionnaires for my accounts and they will then look into it for me. They gave me an email address if I had any queries and I immediately emailed them stating I had in fact sent them my questionnaires from the FOS website, what other questionnaire is it that they are requesting? I am awaiting a response to this email but wondered if there is anything else I should do? Should I send them a further copy of my questionnaires or should I reasonably assume they got them as sent (I know they were received as I have proof of signing)? Is it likely a stock letter they send when someone complains about PPI and therefore doesn’t acknowledge the fact I sent in the PPI questionnaires or what?
Also, any idea how much I should expect to receive as a result of my complaint? I hear tales of interest being paid and compensation on top but I really don’t know what to expect and/or hope for.

I'm confused. The FOS has no jurisdiction over any unfulfilled SAR, [which they asked you to pay £10 for], that is the remit of the ICO.
Which complaint form did you send Egg? was it the one from the third step or the fourth from the link below?

And you have to have a successful complaint before you can wonder about redress amount. The defined method for successful complaints is the PPI paid, plus the associated interest, plus 8% simple interest.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
Thanks, the Ombudsman ruled on whether they should have sent the result of the SAR to me at my new address, that's all.
I literally filled out a PPI claim form from the Ombudsman website for a loan. Not sure if it is any different to any others I have seen.Original Total: £34200.78 / Current Total: £24017.00 (July 2017) -29.88%!

On what basis did you complain that you were mis-sold?0 -
I was complaining because I did not know or realise that it was even added onto the loan.
Fortunately for me I just had a letter through the post today offering me a settlement of £3600! Result! More than I was hoping for.Original Total: £34200.78 / Current Total: £24017.00 (July 2017) -29.88%!
