Recommendations for Wireless N ADSL2+ Modem Router

I'm looking for a wireless N ADSL2+ modem router to replace the Thomson wireless G unit supplied by my ISP.
I need at least three RJ45 LAN ports and a dedicated 'Guest' network. A WPS button would be useful, though not essential.
I have seen some that are dual band but I'm unsure whether or not dual band is worth having in a domestic setup.
Any advice or recommendations gratefully received.

About £50 but if I need to spend more to gain significant benefits, I'd consider it.0

Thanks. As I said, I am after useful advice.0 -
it really depends on how long you plan on keeping it for.
A good quality wireless N router with Gigabit ports and wireless guest access as well as Dual Band can be bought for around £100 (i know thats double your budget but if you dont plan on replacing for 5 years it equates to £20 per year)0 -

I'm starting to think along those lines. I was interested in the BT Home Hub 5 as they seem to have a good spec available quite cheaply as unwanted upgrades. No separate guest access though.0 -
this is the one i have , it has gig ports, guest access, plus will work if you move to fibre \ cable
