Npower online accounts downtime
Hi, i tried to login to my account , but it states that there is maintenance on the site and that it will be back on by 10am Sunday 9th March 2014, it's now 11.11 am ?
I have just received a bill for £924 from npower, they state that we have not been making enough monthly payments? Aren't they supposed to review your monthly payments at least twice a year ? We have been paying £85 a month since feb 2013, they now say we should have been paying £120 a month , hence the £900 bill.
any advice would be great , thanks D O

Yes they are supposed to review your monthly payments at least yearly so something has gone wrong there.
Also the figures don't add up - if you've been paying £85 monthly and it should have been £120 then there is a shortfall of £420 over the last 12 months (12x £35) which would be added to your future monthly payments so it's not obvious where they've got the £924 figure from unless it covers more than the last 12 months.0 -
Yes, they review the DD every 6 months although don't expect the review to be correct.
Have you been giving meter readings or have meter readers been to visit?
They should allow you to spread the balance over a longer period if it's their mistake.Make £2018 in 2018 Challenge - Total to date £2,1080 -

Hello dano2015,
Thank you for your post.
We carry out reassessments 6 monthly on your bills. If this has not been done there may have been an error on your account. If you can send your details over in an email to the address on my profile page I will look into this for you.
Thanks
