Some HSBC customers (inc me) are having problems signing in to their online banking.
HSBC are aware of the system problem and are trying to fix it.

Yes its working for me too now, HSBC must have fixed the problem.
HSBC Internet Banking was not working for me at time of OP, I had to phone up and use Telephone Banking to carry out a transaction. The HSBC rep did say on the phone they were aware of the Internet Banking problem and were working to have it fixed soon.
Only put the above up to let others know that its a fault at HSBC's end rather than them doing something wrong.Never let the perfume of the premium overpower the odour of the risk0
