missing house price information

there is a house i looked at some time ago. There is no historic price information on zoopla i.e. All the houses on the block were built and sold by 2005. There is house price information about all the others except the one i looked at. It is the same on rightmove.

is there a reason for this?

There is a flat in the block where I own a flat, and the sale on 2012 is not listed anywhere - I had just presumed it was due to it being a private sale ?
Mortgage free for 5 months :T Then got another mortgage:rotfl:
  • Not all sales get listed.

I bought my flat in 2008 and also bought out my ex in 2010, so two land registry changes.

Neither show up. No idea why.

I've known other people who'd purchases didn't show either. I think they generally do now, but a few years ago they seemed to be sloppy with the online system.

I have the paperwork from the land registry mind....

As Kingstreet pointed out there are reasons why some properties don’t show any details of price paid.

However, if anyone thinks there is a mistake in the price paid information or they think a sale is'missing' from information they have seen on other websites, they should let u sknow by filling in and sending us our onlinereport form.

When filling in the form, they must give both the postcode of the property and the date of sale.

We will then update our records and inform any thirdparties.
