Hi,
I agreed a 4 week tie-in with an EA I'm potentially going to instruct. In the draft contract they sent it says "we will be your sole agent... ...for a minimum period of 4 weeks. After this period you can bring this agreement to an end by giving the other at least 14 days notice" Does this mean that in reality I would be tied in for 6 weeks - i.e. I would have to wait 4 weeks then give 2 weeks notice? Or could I, say, give 2 weeks notice at end week 3 and instruct another after 5 weeks?
Thanks
