Hi everyone Rodger do good here, i am today starting a vote for the Worst Hotel Award of 2013, we are always hearing of awards for the best, well now its time to fight back and name and shame the worst ones out there share your thoughts with other readers, I nominate the Award to THE MOONSTAR HOTEL, in ORTAKENT in Turkey. This has to be the worst hotel out there, please go on to TRIP ADVISOR and have a loook at the reports, pictures and do yourself a favour and dont book it , in form friends to stay clear of it, this hotel is actually sold to the public as a 4 star Hotel by LOW COST HOLIDAYS, stay clear of them as well, so come on lets get a discussion going and get those nominations coming in.

What a stupid post, everyone's opinions on hotels are different, I've just been to a hotel in Lanzarote that had some terrible reviews and if you believed them we wouldn't have gone, everyone has different requirements so what suits some won't suit others.0

If only someone had invented a website like Tripadvisor before you booked the holiday, then you would have been able to see other holiday makers views of the hotel before you booked, Rodger.
I bet it was cheap though.0 -

I disagree.
I've stayed here a couple of times

(no choice as I went to Aberdeen on extremely short notice and this is the only place that the company I work for could get me in) and I reckon it makes the Moonstar look like a 5* hotel.0 -
I nominate the kings hotel, although I don't know if it's up there with the Britannia Aberdeen.
