Npower electric bill
After waiting for nearly a year for a bill from Npower we have finally received a bill for 6 months however the problem is that for our heating bill (we have TCTH meters) we have been charged £0.00p for our heating part of the bill: so 5229KWH @ £0.00p
When on the phone to Npower and trying to find out if we were in credit or debt the guy tried to work it out for us, he said there was a bill pending for 6 months that was a total of £840.00 (the total charge for the bill we have now received) so he worked out how much more we due to pay to date, he worked it out to be that we were in debt about £300.
Now I have received this bill and seen this charge of £0.00p I am very worried that we will owe them over £600!!!
Can anyone tell us exactly where we stand with this?

You are still liable to pay for the 5,000 kWhs at the appropriate amount. The error in the bill can be corrected and charged for in the future.
You'll have to work out for yourself how much you have spent and what your actual bill should be.0 -
This company is annoying me now, we have had a further 3 bills from them to take us from August 2013 to February 2014 however they have still not charged us for the heating part of our bill so it is still not clear how much we are due to pay them (there were two changes in the unit prices but i don't know what they are).
Also our account is currently £181.83 in credit but the want to up our monthly payment to £187. I just wish we knew where we stood.0 -
If you ring them then they should be able to manually work it out for you. It will take a few minutes and not be 100% accurate but close enough to give a good idea.Make £2018 in 2018 Challenge - Total to date £2,1080
