Nokia X2-00 mobile stuck in ansa mode

Hope someone can help with this. I'm passing my old mobile onto my DH and somehow it's got itself stuck so all calls go straight to the ansamachine (voice mail?) You can tell I'm very tech savvy, can't you!
It seemed to happen when the sim cards were swapped over. We've gone through every menu and sub-menu but can't see anything and I've looked through all 38 pages of the manual, no joy.
Anything spring to mind?

Sounds like you may have set a call divert.
Look in the settings > call menu for an option to turn it off or at least set it off for the all calls option

Colin: Thanks for your swift reply, it turns out there was a voicemail waiting. I'd got O*** to stop the ansa years ago so I'd forgotten how it all worked.
