    Thanks Speedy,

    I have called the DWP yesterday and they took a lot of information from me over the phone to have another assessor reconsider my claim, It really is crazy that I repeatedly told them on the forms that I have a lot of dizzy spells due to the Firbo and the meds I am on and that I also fall a hell of a lot throughout the day.....but in their assessment response they quoted that "I am not in danger of falling, I am not in danger of dizzy spells" it really is ludicrous!

    As above, send in medical evidence of anything you are claiming happens, where you can.

    They cannot ignore any evidence quite so easily as they can where there is none.
