As the LA seems to be problematic, make sure you have direct contact details for the Landlord, as they might come in useful in future. If you don't have an address for the LL on the tenancy agreement, the LA is legally obliged to provide this information when presented with a written request for it.Let's settle this like gentlemen: armed with heavy sticks
