    Thanks can I add

To be in with a chance of winning a pair of tickets to a night at The Royal Albert Hall Teenage Cancer Trust gigs, just share your tips for activating self esteem in the comments below, and don’t forget to tell us which gig you’d like to come to out of these:
Monday 24th March – Ed Sheeran plus special guests
Tuesday 25th March – Comedy night: Micky Flanagan and John Bishop, hosted by Jason Manford
Wednesday 26th March – Paolo Nutini plus special guests
Thursday 27th March – One Republic plus special guests
Saturday 29th March – The Cure
    Sunday 30th March – Suede

Bit odd as it appears to be saying you can choose which tickets you win but then T&C say

The 24 tickets are spread across all 6 dates of the Concerts, and tickets for particular dates will be allocated at random to the winners. Winners are unable to choose which concert date they wish to attend, and tickets may not be exchanged for tickets for a different date or for cash
Rational judgement, now, at this very moment.

Virtuous action, now, at this very moment.

Willing acceptance - now, at this very moment - of what you can’t change
