Overall all I can say is wow. I've assumed that all of the formatting problems are as a result of copying and pasting from Word into the forum. The only thing I would add is that in your sixth point (planning permission) if the first sentence read "...to apply for and..." then it might sound a tad better. Really is nit picking though.

Also, how are you planning to send this appeal?

Many thanks for your assistance.

I intend to put a simple appeal with the basic details on the POPLA web portal then later submit a PDF version of the full appeal including the appendices. In theory, this should a) register the appeal then, b) add 'evidence' as the main appeal document.

I will amend the planning sections as per your advice.

For the formatting, I copied and pasted the word document into wordpad, which I then saved as a txt file. Then copied and pasted the txt file onto the forum, to get more errors. Hopefully, just ignore the formatting, as the word document is well formatted etc.

Ooops. Just noticed I have duplicated a link for one of the appendices. I will sort it out and post a new link.

No problem. Obviously in your appeal that you submit you to need to reference the fact that the fully body of the appeal will be uploaded as evidence. Something along the lines of "My points of appeal are fully explained in the document called "Document Title" which I will upload as evidence."

I have made the change on the planning section as you advised. I have also changed the link in the main appeal post (rather than create a new post). This should keep the original 'post' up to date. I would be grateful if you could re-do the links.

For the POPLA appeal, I was thinking along similar lines. Very good advice on the choice of wording, I will use it.
