My mobile Phone/Broadband Deal has ended!

I've finally got out from under my £37/Month Full Monty contract with T-Mobile (need to give them 30-days notice).
So I now have 3 options open to me.
1) Stay with them on a sim-only deal for £15/month, and keep my iPhone 4s (nothing wrong with it).
2000 mins, 200texts, unlimited Broadband (tethered).
2) Throw cation to the wind, and get a fat new phone contract just so I can get a shiny new iPhone 5s
I'd love a new phone, but only coz we've all been brainwashed in to being greedy little consumers monsters!
3) Completely drop the pay monthly contract, and use my Ovivo Freedom Sim 300mins, 300texts 500mb data.
BUT, that would mean I need some sort of access to broadband (unlimited), to power my laptop.
I'm moving to a new flat sometime in the very near future, and I dont know if I will have access to the internet.
The tethered BB on my phone, although not idea, is a great lifeline for my laptop.
So I guess, if I am to reject my £15/month phone/broadband offer, I'd need to find some sort of broadband deal to fill that void. Any suggestions?

I found an interesting Virgin Sim deal £15.month unlimited everything.
but no tethering
