The prize draw is open to all UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coregeo Ltd, its affiliated companies, participating Retailers, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.
To enter, you must enter your email address and name to be entered into our prize draw.
We will be giving away 5 weekend breaks in total to the value of £400 each. The first prize draw runs from Feb 1st 2014 – March 31st 2014, The second runs from April 1st 2014 - May 31st, The third runs from June 1st – August 31st, The fourth runs from Sept 1st 2014 – October 31st 2014, the final runs from 1st Nov – 20th December 2014. We are also giving away 5 instant prizes that will be generated randomly between 1st Feb – 20th December to the value of £50.
The Promoter is Coregeo Ltd, PO Box 1079, Maidstone, ME18 6WX
The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to ensure the website is available, but is not responsible for any inability to enter arising from any unavailability of the website or other technical or communications problems.
The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all valid entries received up to midnight the night before the competition close date, see above for details of when this is.
The winners will be notified by email on or after the date of the prize draw, see above for details. All prizes must be claimed by 10 days after the day on which you were contacted by return email. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners, but if any prize is not claimed by 10 days an alternative winner for that prize will be chosen.
There will be 5 winners in total who will each win a weekend away for two, which will be either 1 or two nights. The prize destinations are London, France and Italy. Destinations will be allocated to the winners by the Promoter as the winners are drawn. The winners will not be given a choice as to their holiday destination. Each prize includes return economy flights from a major airport in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), transfers in the destination country, 1 or 2 nights’ accommodation in a hotel (minimum 3 star) selected by the Promoter and breakfast. Winners are responsible for their own transport to and from the airport in the UK, ensuring that they hold a valid passport, suitable travel insurance and any other arrangements relating to the holiday which are not expressly included in the prize.
Weekend breaks to London will include train tickets in standard travel, subject to availability and an evening meal.
The prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The prizes cannot be exchanged for any other prizes of lesser value. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Holiday dates are subject to availability. Some dates, including bank holiday weekends may be unavailable.
The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Winners of prizes may be required to take part in related publicity.
The names and counties of the winners will be upon application with a SAE to Coregeo Ltd, PO Box 1079, Maidstone, ME18 6WX.
Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and (except as set out above) will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
