Do I need bathroom fittings for new build?

Just a quick questions for those who have purchased a new build property. What is the norm as to fittings in place when the property is delivered? I know, I could ask the sales office, but they are quite busy and the question is trivial, just wanted to know if I need to purchase the stuff beforehand so it's ready to go once we get the keys.
P.S. Same question about the light fittings, are they generally just the blank wires, or is there a basic light fitting in place already.

If by fittings ?? you mean bathroom suite? then yes they will be installed, as per building/water regs.
No you wont have just wires hanging for the lights, they will be fitted with a pendant.A thankyou is payment enough .0 -
I actually was talking more down the lines of towel rings/rails and toilet roll holders ^^0
