Had to contact both Lloyd's and Santander as letter from Santander stated that my existing 123 account was being closed, turned out that Lloyd's had only requested the transfer of the credit payments as I requested. All worked out ok in the end but bit of a panic to start with as no interest on the Lloyd's current account.
