Hi Guys, can you help please. Reading my Kindle, as per normal, downloaded several freebies yesterday, battery full BUT, it froze on a page and wouldn't respond to any taps.During last 2 books it has,( I presume) updated itself as the bar came up whilst reading, then I had to re- find my location?
If I plug it in my pc and eject, the homepage on the kindle comes up, but cannot get anything to work on it? The front button when pressed, just causes the screen to flicker once, then nothing happens, doesn't go to menu etc, just stuck on homepage?
Any advice would be very grateful.

If it's an e-ink kindle then :
If you hold the power button for 15 - 20 seconds (even if the screen changes!) this will force a reboot of the kindle.
If it's a "Fire" tablet then holding the power for 10 seconds should force a reboot.
That should fix any niggling issues!Laters
