RBS Deny knowledge of ppi

Hi,
Just completed 2 yr battle with RBS regarding misold L & E loan guard PPI .
Although I provided a copy of RBS statement showing D/D payments
to L & E loan guard they say I never had PPI, the ombudsman found
in favour of RBS. The loan guard was added by RBS to a business loan taken out 12 years ago. Does anyone know if there are any
other steps I can take ? thanks

L&E are not RBS though. Who sold you the policy? it sounds like RBS did not.0
