To start with I was getting them at the same time as the Weekly Shopping Download points but now it seems to be up to a week later. Just received one which I assume is from the uploads I did at the start of October.

I queried this with them recently & was told the department who deals with those points were behind. I would suggest you look at your account & see whether they have added your points for each week you have downloaded.

I have just had a reply to a 2nd query by me & my points are now up to date.

Strangely I've just had a flurry of Award Notifications from them, checked my balance and everything is now up to date! Perhaps that department has come back from holiday and caught up.

Hello. I have just received my scanner and book. Looking forward to doing this. I have this, the AC Neilsen (homescan) and Shoppix, Receipt hog and Shopprize. I hope I have not set myself up for a fall. Look forward to speaking with you guys. :-)

okay so ive just gone to check my statement and its not there selecting account reward statements gives just a blank page with wish list and order history,

Same with fact finders

I hope they aint gonna change this and scrap full statement views as peeps wanna be able to see their statements in full.

Same thing happening on my account but I have had the emails telling me I've been credited this week and the total amount showing is right for me.

We can only hope that it returns to normal as despite the emails stating points have been credited how can we the end user be sure ?

Im also with AC. Nielsen Fact Finders and they also use the same statement and gift catalogue software / Database and that is also in the same sdtatus just like Shop & Scan.... No statements are showing!
