I'm assuming you mean you signed up but haven't heard back?
It's a selection only type of scheme. You get taken as soon as someone else leaves and a slot becomes available in your region. I had to wait about 3 months-6 months. It'll come when you forgot about it usually.0 -

I guess it depends on what you watch & browse, late night !!!!!! or some dubious web sites you may not want them to know about
There is the option of "guest" where they say they do not track, no idea if they lie or not
All members of household are expected to sign in, which could be PIA

I got my clicker last week and did my test transmission, that went fine and I got the bonus points.
Sent my first "real" set of barcodes yesterday through the windows app on my laptop and it said the transmission was complete and to upload my receipts. Got an email saying I have 500 points for sending the receipts but they've not credited me with the points for uploading the clicker - does it take longer than the receipts?0 -

I got my account closed by shopandscan due to ongoing (and stressful) house renovations and now they won't let me have my £90 worth of vouchers

Did anyone else have this issue and did they get anywhere with getting their vouchers back?
I was told by customer services that the 8 weeks was sufficient time to claim the points, which I do understand, but they never confirmed receipt of the clicker so surely they should have done that by email like they chased it in the first place. I'm so upset ;(
They did it to me as well. My account was just closed when I accumulated enough points for a £10 voucher! Not happy. Will not be recommending them.0 -
I signed into rewards to get an Amazon voucher code. And there was no Amazon option. Hope it's just a case they've run out.0
